DELIVERY: Terms & Conditions
We offer free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) to all purchases within the UK and can also deliver to virtually any address in the world. Please note, however, there are restrictions on certain products and these cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All purchases are prepared at our logistics team in London, UK and despatched by choice of delivery options. See below.
The Products ordered by a Purchaser will be delivered to the address stated by the Purchaser on the order form. The Purchaser undertakes to supply the exact address of his/her permanent address when placing the order for the Products.

UK Same Day Central London Delivery (only applies to orders placed before 1pm): £15.00
Mainland UK Next Working Day Delivery (only applies to orders placed before 3pm): varies £8.00
Please note that in some countries Delivery & Duty charges may apply, the responsibility of this falls on the Purchaser.

OROGOLD refuses all liability in the event of delayed delivery caused by transportation services. If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform the OROGOLD customer services team as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to email@example.com or via the online contact form. OROGOLD shall then contact the courier services in order to initiate an enquiry. Please note enquiries may take some time.
Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc.) must be noted by Purchasers on the form presented to them when the parcel is delivered and must imperatively be notified to the OROGOLD customer team, by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the online contact form, specifying which product does not match the order. All claims filed more than 7 working days following the day of receipt of a delivery will be rejected and OROGOLD will be released from all liability.
RETURNS: Terms & Conditions
We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days from delivery. This only applies to online purchases.
OROGOLD Cosmetics will only cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
In any case whereby a product is defective or damaged please email email@example.com detailing the issue.
OROGOLD Cosmetics only accepts authorised returns. Any returns that are unauthorised will not be covered by OROGOLD Cosmetics and you will be required to organise and pay for the return of the goods to Head Office as directed in Return Procedure, below.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
